Conference Proceedings

Deadline for proceedings submissions is January 17th, 2025

Registered participants who wish to be published in the conference proceedings must resubmit their paper and/or abstract by the above date. Proceedings submissions may be made via e-mail attachment.

Your proceedings submission should include the following five items in a single PDF or Microsoft Word attachment:

  1. Title of the submission.
  2. Name(s) of the author(s),
  3. Affiliation(s) of the author(s),
  4. E-mail address(es) of the author(s), and
  5. Abstract and/or full paper. (500 word minimum, but no maximum)

You may download the proceedings from previous years (2006 through 2023) from the Proceedings Library. These documents are in a protected area of our web site. Click here to view.
